We're hiring an Email Strategies and Lead Generation Expert to manage and scale our cold email operation. We run on Instantly.ai with 51 inboxes across 17 domains, and we need 10,000–20,000 qualified leads generated every month, with the sourcing-to-campaign pipeline as automated as possible.

This is an On-site job located in Mirpur DOHS.

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Working hours: Not fixed.

What you'll do:

• Generate and manage large-scale lead lists (10K-20K/month) matching our target customer profile every single month.

• Run and optimize email campaigns inside Instantly.ai

• Automate lead sourcing, enrichment, and import workflows

• Monitor deliverability and list quality

• Report on results weekly

This is an ongoing, long-term role — not a one-time project.
